SAFE EXERCISES FOR A FUNCTIONAL CORE

Dynamic Aging is a proactive exercise class that can redefine your lived experience of aging.

 

Through gentle movements, corrective exercises and relaxation techniques we will target often neglected "power areas" to create strength, stability and ease-of-movement for now and for a more functional future.

What to expect:

  • Three sections of 4 week classes focused on building strength and ease-of-movement from the ground up. Each section can be taken individually. Take all three for best, whole-body results! 

  • Exercises for functional strength and mobility

  • Relaxation techniques to sooth your nervous system, increase body awareness and relaxation

  • Light cardio sequences to build stamina and balance

  • Somatic Exercises and Self Massage techniques for self-awareness and relaxation

  • Bonus: Optional Homework Videos for greater benefit
