Think of where you usually carry your stress. Is it in your neck, shoulders, low back, hips, feet (all of the above)? Does that stress or discomfort limit your ability to move freely and feel grounded and focused?

 

Massage therapy can be a great way to get started when you're ready to get moving with more freedom and ease.

It's hard to define my style because each session draws from over 30 years of experience and study. I like to start with visual and movement assessments of your body alignment which often reveals the root cause of discomfort or movement limitations. Once you are on the massage table, I use the information gathered from the assessments and let my skills direct my hands to bring you back to balance and ease, functional movement and greater comfort.

 

In recent years I have devoted much study to trainings designed by Tom Myers (of Anatomy Trains fame). The Anatomy Trains courses have greatly improved my understanding of the human body's fascial and muscular systems and helped fine-tune my sensitivity, skills, and effectiveness.
