My passion for helping people find strength and comfort in their body lead me to discover Whole-Body Alignment and Natural Movement. I earned a Restorative Exercise Specialist certification through Nutritious Movement™ with Katy Bowman, in 2013.

 

Then, in 2017 I also became a certified Restore Your Core™ teacher.  Restore Your Core™ (RYC™) is a core training program that helps restore strength and function to the entire body, especially the core system.

RYC™ can help those with signs of  a weak or unbalanced core (like pelvic floor weakness, dyastasis recti, "sneeze pee" or even sore back, hips, shoulders or neck) reduce symptoms, and gain strength and function.
