Service Description
This four-week movement class focuses on Strength, Stability and Relaxation from Feet through Legs and Hips. Gentle, (though sometimes challenging) exercises and movements that will progressively challenge your muscles and body-mind connection. All are encouraged to work at their own comfort and ability. Open to everyone, though geared toward a 50+ crowd. Participants will need to be able to get up and down from the floor. Some equipment is provided - we recommend you bring your own yoga mat.
