Service Description
This four-week movement class focuses on Strength, Stability and Relaxation from your core structures and their relationship to the rest of the body. Gentle, (though sometimes challenging) exercises and movements that will progressively challenge your muscles and body-mind connection. All are encouraged to work at their own comfort and ability. Open to everyone, though geared toward a 50+ crowd. Participants will need to be able to get up and down from the floor. Some equipment is provided - we recommend you bring your own yoga mat. This class series builds on the first two sections, but is also available as a stand alone class.
